Mortgage Choice is seeking a Client Manager / Broker Support on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract in Parramatta. You will support brokers, manage applications, and ensure clients have a smooth experience.

The role involves coordinating with offshore teams, understanding the lending process, and working in a fast-paced broker environment from our Parramatta office.

The Role

We are seeking a Client Manager / Broker Supportto join our team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to our brokers and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Broker Support / Mortgage Administration
• Preparing and submitting applications through Apply Online
• Managing and delegating work to an offshore support team
• Supporting a team of 2–4 brokers
• Understanding the lending process from submission through to settlement
• Understanding government grants and first home buyer initiatives
• Working in a fast-paced broker environment
• Parramatta-based / able to work from our Parramatta office
