Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. in Sydney seeks a Client management and Candidate sourcing consultant to join our permanent full-time team working Monday to Friday.

You will hunt for niche skill sets, nurture client relationships, and coordinate the hiring journey. You will manage phone screening, shortlisting, arrange interviews, build talent pipelines, maintain CRM data, and adapt in a changing environment with a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience in agency or in-house recruitment is a plus.
