Job summary

Mortgage Choice Brisbane City is expanding its Brisbane CBD hub and seeking two energetic, organized, and proactive team members to drive growth. The role blends inbound client intake with creative digital marketing, ensuring warm, professional support and a strong online presence.

You will handle leads across web, phone and social channels, coordinate with brokers, and plan content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, while contributing to paid campaigns and local engagement.

Qualifications

Clear, confident phone manner with strong written communication.
Experience managing social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and keep CRM notes up to date.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries across web, phone, portals and social channels; qualify client needs.
Match qualified clients with brokers and schedule consultations; support onboarding.
Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Monitor local paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with leadership.
Engage community by responding to DMs, comments and reviews.
