Sourceable Talent is partnering with an established Brisbane business to recruit a Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant on the southside. You’ll work with the marketing lead and sales team to turn products, projects and customer stories into engaging content and support a growing online presence.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career, offering practical experience, ownership of tasks and scope to contribute ideas as the marketing function develops.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of practical experience in marketing, communications or digital content or relevant comparable experience.
• Ability to create social media content with an eye for engaging visuals.
• Understanding of SEO and enthusiasm to improve website content and performance.
• Clear writing, attention to detail and the ability to produce engaging content.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to organise work as priorities develop.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish social media content to build a consistent brand presence.
• Collaborate with sales to gather project stories, product info and imagery for content.
• Update website content and contribute to SEO improvements.
• Assist with email campaigns and marketing materials to support sales.
• Coordinate events and manage marketing resources.
