Job summary

Dentsu (ANZ) Management Services Pty Ltd is seeking an Associate Director to lead day-to-day client relationships for Woolworths Group, driving integrated media planning across all channels and delivering commercially impactful solutions.

You will mentor junior team members, oversee channel selection and execution, and collaborate with media owners to ensure high-quality service and results. This role supports a flexible, hybrid work model in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own end-to-end media planning and drive channel recommendations.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and shape client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across Woolworths Group.
• Own creation and output of media plans with channel recommendations.
• Partner with media owners and agency partners for high service levels.
• Communicate media delivery performance and results to the client.
• Lead briefing and negotiation with media owners; manage WIP and reports.
