JustFund is a mission-led fintech in Sydney, supporting Australians and NZers with funding for legal representation. The In-House Family Lawyer (Client Engagement Manager) role focuses on managing client and law-firm applications and assessing eligibility for funding.

It’s a client-centric, fast-moving position with no billable hours. You'll build strong partnerships with law firms, identify risks, and deliver an outstanding client experience while helping grow JustFund's impact across markets

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced family law practice.
• Client-centric mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess client and law firm applications to determine eligibility for funding.
• Identify risks in applications and propose mitigations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law firm partners.
• Deliver outstanding client and partner experiences in line with service values.
• Serve as a primary ongoing point of contact for clients.
• Analyze funded case outcomes to refine credit assessment processes.
• Contribute to high-impact projects as the business scales.
