Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL and relational-database fundamentals; scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Sev1 leadership — Provide technical leadership on critical incidents across Support, SaaS Ops, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
• Advanced troubleshooting across logs, database state, configuration, and performance to isolate failures.
