Job summary

Mosh Management is seeking an HR Client Support Consultant to provide timely, commercially focused HR and ER advice to a diverse client base in a fast-paced consultancy setting.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle Zendesk tickets, gather information, and escalate complex matters to senior consultants while maintaining accurate records and delivering practical HR support.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR/ER advisory support to clients.
• Ability to interpret workplace legislation and employment obligations.
• Comfort with handling multiple inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong communication and professional, calm approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and manage Zendesk tickets promptly and accurately.
• Triaging enquiries and escalating complex HR/ER/IR matters to consultants.
• Assist with basic client communications and maintain enquiry records and templates.
• Prepare simple client correspondence and update HR resources and guidance materials.
• Support client projects with documents, policies and employment records as required.
• Build positive client relationships through responsive service and accurate follow-up.
