PictureWealth is seeking a receptionist who will be the first voice clients hear and a pathway into client experience roles. Based in Brisbane CBD, the role centers on answering calls, triaging enquiries and supporting the team with admin tasks.

You’ll grow product knowledge and systems exposure as you progress toward client experience or advisory support opportunities. This entry-level position emphasizes organization, friendly communication and a willingness to learn, with full-time hours

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage incoming calls with a calm, confident tone.
• Support basic client inquiries by phone and email.

• Maintain contact lists, voicemails and general admin tasks.
• Assist with meeting room bookings and internal tasks.
• Grow knowledge of financial services and client experience processes.
