We are seeking a Client Experience Officer to join our Client Experience team, focusing on front-of-house activities, process improvements, supplier management, and client interactions.

The role is permanent part-time (4 days per week) in our Adelaide CBD location. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while delivering

Responsibilities

• Customer service at corporate reception, front desk duties, and internal/external communications.
• Administrative support: handle inbound/outbound mail, email, and phone queries.
• Event coordination support for Client and staff events.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: inventory and office supplies management.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
