Job description

At Able Foods, we believe that everyone deserves the right to a life of independence and joy, and we know how important food is in delivering that. This means that older Australians, Australians with disabilities, and the care network that supports them have a food partner who always keeps their needs front of mind in every decision. Our dedicated team understands what it means to create meals that cater to our client's unique needs. Through years of experience, we also know how to best manage both the NDIS and Aged Care (HCP) processes. Our menu is specially designed with nutrition guidelines that don't sacrifice great taste, and our services are delivered with genuine care from a team who are experts in the NDIS and aged care landscape. Able Foods is a certified B Corp organisation.

Key responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor, process, and route high volumes of incoming communications across shared team inboxes
  • Address routine administrative and client queries or **escalate** complex cases to the appropriate Client Support or Engagement team member in a timely manner
  • Receive, review, and assign incoming notifications to the correct team members to ensure seamless subsidy plan alignment
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and clients' support circles to provide a seamless experience for our clients
  • Routinely cross-check open lead records in the CRM to ensure accurate status tagging, prevent contact drop-offs, and maintain clean sales pipelines
  • Identify recurring administrative bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to boost team efficiency
  • Collaborate seamlessly across both Client Support and Client Engagement teams to meet weekly operational goals
About you
  • Proven capability to execute high-volume administrative and data entry tasks quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy
  • A strong eye for spotting data discrepancies, errors in scheduled deliveries, or incomplete CRM leads
  • Rapidly adapts to internal systems, workflows, software platforms, and NDIS terminology
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for triaging enquiries and liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Background in nutrition (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Checks (NDISWSC) required
  • Purpose-driven work with positive impact on the world and serving an important mission as part of a creative, friendly and collaborative team
  • Exceptional opportunities for growth as part of a scale-up journey, supported by experienced peers and leaders from major corporations and startups
  • Access to confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering free professional mental health, personal, and wellbeing support for you and a family member
  • Flexible hybrid model with working from office and flexible work options
