Job summary

Clarity Partners in Perth is seeking a Client Executive to manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts within its Transport and Hospitality teams. You will handle renewals, policy administration, endorsements and day-to-day servicing, while coordinating with insurers to secure favorable terms.

The role offers autonomy to make broking decisions under an experienced leadership team, with opportunities to deepen technical knowledge and grow within a collaborative brokerage.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years' experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Experience managing commercial insurance portfolios and supporting client accounts.
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts while supporting the Transport and Hospitality teams.
• Coordinate policy placements, renewals, endorsements and day-to-day servicing of client accounts.
• Prepare underwriting submissions, quotations, policy documentation and certificates of currency.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to negotiate favourable outcomes and deliver exceptional service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
• Ensure accurate processing of policy transactions and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Support senior brokers with larger and more complex commercial risks.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements and company compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to further strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

Clarity Partners is partnering with a leading global insurance brokerage to recruit a Client Executive for their Commercial Insurance division based in Perth CBD.

This opportunity sits across two well-established teams specialising in Transport and Hospitality, supporting a diverse portfolio of small to mid-market commercial clients. Reporting to the Client Director, you'll work alongside experienced brokers to deliver exceptional client service while managing your own portfolio of smaller accounts and supporting larger, more complex risks.

You'll play a key role throughout the insurance lifecycle, including renewals, policy administration, insurer negotiations, endorsements, client servicing and policy placement. This role offers the autonomy to make day-to-day broking decisions independently while being backed by an experienced leadership team and strong internal support structure.

About You

• Approximately 3-5 years' experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Experience managing commercial insurance portfolios and supporting client accounts.
• Experience with Hospitality and Transport clients is not essential.
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• The confidence to make day-to-day decisions independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Proficiency with insurance broking systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
