Reliance Workforce is seeking a proactive Recruitment Business Development Specialist in Brisbane. You will meet clients on-site, support workers and streamline end-to-end recruitment processes to meet workforce needs.

You will build strong client relationships, source and assess candidates, conduct site visits and safety checks, and contribute to growing existing accounts while exploring new business opportunities.

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Recruitment Business Development Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can confidently add value to our operations.

This isn't a desk-bound role. You'll be out meeting clients, supporting workers, solving problems and helping businesses grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates
• Conducting site visits and safety checks
• Filling client workforce requirements efficiently
• Managing employee performance and attendance
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment, labour hire, workforce planning or account management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads
• A proactive, solution-focused attitude
• Current Driver's Licence
• Experience in blue-collar recruitment highly regarded
