Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a Client Development Manager to drive growth in the Aged Care and Healthcare sectors. Based on the East Coast, the role offers hybrid work (up to 2 days/week) and permanent full-time employment, backed by our 25-year track record and 100% Australian ownership.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, collaborating with our bid, brand, and operations teams to secure contracts and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development, commercial growth, or sales-driven account management.
• Background in Aged Care, Healthcare, or Contract Food Services (B2B sales or senior operations to commercial growth).
• Active contacts among Aged Care or Healthcare key decision-makers will be highly regarded.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and contract closure capabilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused self-starter who thrives on meeting targets and solving client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new contract catering opportunities across the Aged Care and Healthcare sectors.
• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline using market research and proactive prospecting.
• Lead tender submissions, proposals, and commercial pitches with Brand & Communications.
• Build executive relationships to promote Cater Care in the market.
• Deliver against individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position Cater Care as the leading provider.

Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new contract catering opportunities across the Aged Care and Healthcare sectors.
• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline using structured market research and proactive prospecting.
• Lead and collaborate on high-stakes tender submissions, proposals, and commercial pitches in partnership with our Brand & Communications team.
• Build strong C-suite and executive relationships to actively promote Cater Care within the market.
• Consistently deliver against individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position Cater Care as the leading catering provider.
