Job summary

Omnicommediagroup is seeking a Client Coordinator - Multicultural and First Nations to lead day-to-day social moderation coordination for Australian Government clients. You will work with clients, moderators, specialists and suppliers to keep activity organised and on track.

You will support the Client Manager across integrated partnerships, client service, project coordination and campaign delivery, ensuring responses align with client frameworks and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the social moderation service.
• Maintain moderation schedules, coverage, handovers and escalation pathways.
• Ensure moderation activity follows agreed client requirements and response frameworks.
• Monitor activity, identify emerging issues and elevate them quickly.
• Coordinate with clients, moderators and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and inputs for finance and reporting.
• Support the Client Manager with day-to-day client requests and enquiries.
• Prepare meeting materials, notes, actions and follow-ups.
• Respond to routine requests professionally and elevate advice or decisions when required.
• Maintain clear action lists, status updates and client documentation.
• Build positive working relationships through responsive and reliable communication.
• Support the Client Manager in delivering integrated partnerships.
• Coordinate inputs from specialist and community media partners.
• Support creative, asset, language and translation workflows.
• Help prepare briefs, presentations and partnership documentation.
• Identify cultural considerations, opportunities or risks and elevate them early.
• Develop and maintain work back schedules and project trackers.
• Track milestones, dependencies, approvals and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate creative assets, partner deliverables and campaign information.
• Work with Strategy, Planning, Partnerships, Trading and Creative Connections.
• Support activity through implementation, execution and reporting.
• Keep project information accurate, organised and up to date.
