Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the social moderation service across Australian Government clients.
• Maintain moderation schedules, coverage, handovers and escalation pathways.
• Monitor activity, identify issues and escalate them quickly.
• Coordinate with clients, moderators and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare meeting materials, notes, actions and follow-ups for client requests.
• Develop and maintain work back schedules and project trackers.
