MUFG Pension & Market Services, a premier Australian superannuation administrator, is seeking a Client Communication Manager in Melbourne. You will lead outbound communications for a key client, ensuring compliance and effectiveness while collaborating with clients, internal teams and external providers to improve service delivery.

Ideal candidates have extensive superannuation experience, strong knowledge of administration and legislative requirements, and proven ability to manage stakeholders

Formación

• Extensive superannuation industry experience with accumulation and pension product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of superannuation administration and legislative requirements.
• Experience in client communications or business analysis within financial services.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client correspondence and communications across BAU and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with fund stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Ensure communications comply with legislative, operational and brand standards.
• Oversee external vendors and service providers against SLAs and delivery expectations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardise communications processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on superannuation communications.
• Maintain governance, documentation, controls and reporting for communications activities.
