Job summary

Neurosensory is seeking a friendly Client Care Representative for our new Pymble clinic. You will be the welcoming face, support clients on their hearing health journey, and work with a supportive team with full training provided.

The role is permanent part-time, Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, offering excellent work-life balance and long weekends. Join us to grow with a dynamic team at the forefront of hearing care.

We're looking for a friendly and organised Client Care Representative to join our new Pymble clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and help shape the client experience from day one. What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients

• Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records

• Assisting with client and doctor enquiries

• Answering clinic phone calls and emails

• Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices

• Accurate billing of appointments

• Other general office duties

• Demonstrated experience working within a team environment

• Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
