Neurosensory Brisbane CBD clinic is seeking a friendly Client Care Representative to welcome clients and support hearing health journeys, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As part of Sonova’s Neurosensory network, you’ll join a supportive team with full training, Monday–Friday 8:30–5:00, and opportunities to grow your career in a patient-focused environment.

We're looking for a friendly and organised Client Care Representative to join our Brisbane CBD clinic. As the welcoming face of the clinic, you’ll support clients throughout their hearing health journey while helping ensure the day-to-day clinic experience runs smoothly.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
