Amplifon Springboard Australia is seeking a Client Advisor to join our local retail store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, welcome new clients, handle front desk duties and support our audiologists to deliver exceptional care.

You will respond to sales inquiries, provide accurate information, and contribute to store revenue through proactive outreach and promotional activities. The role requires computer literacy and a customer-focused mindset aligned with Amplifon values.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers at the front desk and assist with door as needed.

• Create customer satisfaction by maintaining good relationships and quality service.
