Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a luxury retail associate at Chadstone Shopping Centre to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales. You will support daily store operations, maintain brand standards, and build lasting client relationships in a premium environment.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, with a preference for experience in luxury retail. Data handling is for recruitment purposes only.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales goals by providing excellent experience to clients.
• Support store daily operations including maintaining store appearance and inventory management.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Assist to coordinate local events and maintain brand standards.
• Collect payments and check cash balance at store closing.
• Carry out stock checks as requested by the manager.
• Report customer complaints, defective or returned merchandise and parallel marketers’ activities.
