Camper is seeking a Sales Associate for its Chadstone store in VIC. You will be part of the store team, delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values in every interaction.

This part‑time, in‑person role involves welcoming customers, offering personalized advice, assisting with replenishment and merchandising, handling the cash desk, stocking and stock control, and keeping the store clean and inviting for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted sales, preferably in fashion/retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and teamwork.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
