Job summary

Christian Louboutin is seeking an energetic luxury retail professional to join our Gold Coast boutique. Build client relationships, deliver a high-end experience, and manage shop-in-shop operations while maintaining stock levels and visual merchandising.

The candidate should have experience in luxury retail, be sales-driven, and able to reflect the brand image through outstanding customer service. Weekend availability is required in a busy boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong sales drive with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues and management.
• Ability to consistently reflect the luxury brand image in service and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and manage a client book.
• Deliver and maintain a high-end luxury experience for customers.
• Carry out shop-in-shop operational duties.
• Liaise with customers on repairs and aftersales service.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, experienced professional to join our boutique in Gold Coast.

In 1992, the Christian Louboutin brand was born with the opening of the first flagship boutique in Paris. Christian Louboutin's designs are sought-after around the globe, all recognizable for their immaculately lacquered red soles. As of today, Christian Louboutin operates over 150 boutiques worldwide.

French designer Christian Louboutin's red soles have stamped an inimitable mark on the world of fashion and shoe making for over twenty years. Born in Paris and raised by his mother and three sisters, the designer credits this feminine environment as the inspiration for much of his work. The innovation and imagination behind Louboutin's mesmerizing shoes and his utter devotion to women have established him as one of the world's most visionary and important shoemakers.

The Role:

• Build strong client relationships and client book
• Deliver and maintain a constant high-end luxury experience
• Carrying out shop in shop operational duties
• Liaising with customers on repairs and aftersales service
• Maintenance of stock levels and visual merchandising
• Demonstrate a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique/concession performance and reach individual and store targets
• Provide exceptional standards of customer experience surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony

The Candidate:

• Relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector
• Passionate about sales, fashion and trends
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with clients, colleagues and management
• Demonstrate and reflecting the luxury brand image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour
• High drive to reach and exceed sales targets
• Motivated and committed with a can do attitude – able to meet the demands of a busy boutique with enthusiasm, high energy levels and a determination to achieve a consistently strong sales records.
• Brand awareness – show keen interest in Christian Louboutin brand and have strong product and technical knowledge
• Must be available to work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day
