The Add Staff Group in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to join our permanent recruitment division. You will manage client accounts, build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Working with a dedicated Candidate Resourcer, you will focus on client partnerships, recruitment delivery and identifying opportunities for account growth across our national client base. Flexible, supportive, and performance-driven culture awaits.

• Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner

• Provide ongoing post-placement support to clients and candidates, including regular communication and site visits
• Manage onboarding, coordinating employment contracts and reference checks

Join our Team - Client Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Add Staff team in a Client Account Manager role. You will become part of a positive, high-energy work environment where delivering exceptional client and candidate solutions is our key priority.

This position will see you managing accounts across our permanent recruitment division, working closely with hiring managers to foster relationships and drive recruitment activities.

You will also benefit from the support of a dedicated full-time Candidate Resourcer, allowing you to focus on building strong client partnerships, managing recruitment delivery and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
• Source and engage candidates, identifying top talent through a variety of recruitment methods.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the recruitment process, keeping clients informed and addressing their recruitment needs.
• Provide ongoing post-placement support to clients and candidates, including regular communication and site visits to ensure successful integration into the workplace.
• Manage the onboarding process, coordinating employment contracts and conducting reference checks.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets.
• Ensure all database information is accurately maintained and up to date
• Create a positive and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
