Job summary

Lumus Imaging in Liverpool, NSW is hiring a receptionist to be the warm first contact for patients. You will manage arrivals, schedule appointments across imaging modalities and handle Medicare, DVA and private billing with accuracy.

Role requires flexibility across 6am–10pm, Monday to Friday, and teamwork with clinical staff to maintain smooth clinic flow. Prior reception or customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and computer skills helping patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception or customer service.
• Medical or radiology experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Flexibility and reliability to work early morning, day and evening shifts across our 6am to 10pm operating hours, Monday to Friday.
• A warm, calm and professional manner, especially with patients who may be anxious or unwell.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with computer systems.
• Great communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude.

About the role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire visit.
