Job summary

Respect Group Limited in regional Australia is seeking a Part-Time Services Assistant to help keep resident rooms, shared areas, and facilities clean and safe, while upholding hygiene and infection control in a residential aged care setting.

You will join a supportive team, work weekends as needed, follow cleaning procedures, handle chemicals safely, and contribute to a home-like environment for residents and staff. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Dispose of waste and manage linen in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Follow cleaning schedules and workplace procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality standards.

About the Role:

As a Part-Time Services Assistant, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Working within a residential aged care setting, you’ll be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, shared areas, and facilities while upholding high standards of hygiene and infection control.

This is a Part-Time opportunity and requires a reliable team member who is flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends where required. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a positive, home-like environment.
