Country Club Tasmania in Launceston, Australia, seeks a capable Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations and a dedicated team. You will oversee uniforms, linen, and property items, while managing stock and rostering within safety guidelines.

• Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.

What can you expect in a day in this role:

• Coordinate daily cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Lead and support the cleaning and laundry team to deliver exceptional presentation standards across the property.
• Oversee the laundering, pressing, repair and distribution of uniforms, linen and other property items.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning and laundry supplies, placing orders and maintaining inventory as required.
• Train, coach and support team members, while promoting a positive and productive team environment.
• Assist with rostering, labour management and reporting while ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Roll up your sleeves and assist with cleaning and laundry duties when required, leading by example every step of the way.
