Job summary

City Facilities Management Australia is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on maintaining clean and safe spaces across our facilities, with evening hours and a commitment to attention to detail.

You will disinfect high-touch surfaces, vacuum, mop, dust, and handle cleaning chemicals in line with OH&S policies. Applicants must have working rights in Australia; a smartphone is required for scheduling, and a driver's license with own car is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Smartphone required for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s license and own car preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a WWCC if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
