City FM Australia is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our team at Bayview Heights and other sites in Cairns. You will cover evening hours, clean rooms, disinfect surfaces, and maintain hygiene across shared spaces.

The role requires a positive attitude, basic cleaning experience preferred, a smartphone for work comms, valid Australian working rights, a driver's license and own car preferred, and willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred, not essential).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and own car (preferred).
• Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Flexibility to cover locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.

Locations Available:

1 x cleaner per site:

• Bayview Heights

The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to cover the above-mentioned location if required.

What We’re Looking For:
