Bolton Clarke in Bass Hill, Sydney (South West) is seeking a dedicated cleaner to support our aged care residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across facilities. You will contribute to a safe, healthy environment and assist with routine cleaning tasks inside resident rooms and common areas.

The role requires reliability, willingness to follow direction, and effective time management to balance multiple duties with residents in mind.

Formación

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable
• Willingness to take direction from others
• Reliability and shift flexibility
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Pre employment checks- complete a National Police Check

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
