Job summary

HOBAN is seeking reliable Night Shift Cleaners to join our client in Lindendale, NSW. The role focuses on hygiene and food safety across the site, with duties including cleaning machinery, applying food-safe cleaners, and operating cleaning equipment.

This ongoing night shift position runs from 10:00pm to 6:00am, Monday to Friday, offering stable hours and a supportive team environment. Applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and be prepared to undergo a Police Check and Drug

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitising production machinery and equipment
• Applying and handling food-safe cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Operating industrial cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and floor scrubbers
• Removing waste, debris, and production residues
• Cleaning office, laboratory, and administrative areas
• Sanitising staff amenities, lunchrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms
• Restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies as required
• Maintaining cleanliness of external walkways and common areas
• Following all site safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Shift Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining hygiene and food safety standards across the site. Duties may include:

• Cleaning and sanitising production machinery and equipment
• Applying and handling food-safe cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Operating industrial cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and floor scrubbers
• Removing waste, debris, and production residues
• Cleaning office, laboratory, and administrative areas

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work ongoing night shifts
• Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to follow GMP and food safety procedures
• Unlimited working rights within Australia
• Willingness to complete a Police Check and Drug & Alcohol Screening
