Hoban Recruitment is seeking reliable Labourers to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Horsley Park. This hands-on role is suited to candidates who can demonstrate initiative and are comfortable with repetitive physical work.

Shifts include Day 6am-2pm at $33p/hr and Afternoon 2pm-10pm at $38p/hr. Weekly pay, overtime opportunities, temp-to-perm pathway, training, onsite parking, and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting up to 15 kg.
• Strong understanding of workplace processes and procedures.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to rotate duties as required.
• Reliable transport to site.

Responsabilités

• Repetitive manual handling of up to 15kg.
• Support production line operations as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow workplace procedures and maintain safety standards (WHS).
• Assist team members to meet daily production targets.
• Potential overtime.
