Job summary

Chandler Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join a busy food manufacturing facility in Lismore NSW. This ongoing night-shift role offers consistent hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

You'll be responsible for cleaning machinery and equipment, removing dust, washing parts, handling and moving machine components, and following all WHS and hygiene procedures as part of a team preparing the site for production each morning.

Qualifications

• Industrial cleaning experience is highly regarded.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Comfortable working around machinery and using cleaning equipment.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Able to follow instructions and site procedures.

• Removing dust and cleaning machinery using air blowers
• Washing machinery, equipment and machine parts
• Manually handling and moving machine parts to and from washing areas
• Operating pressure washers to clean specific equipment
• Using a walkie stacker to move bins when required
• Ensuring machinery and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and ready for production
• Following all workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Working as part of a team to ensure the site is ready for production each morning
