St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, East Gosford is seeking a passionate Classroom Teacher on a temporary, part-time basis.

St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, East Gosford is currently seeking a passionate & enthusiastic Classroom Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team. This is a temporary, part time (0.5 FTE) role to commence Term 1, 2027 and conclude at the end of Term 1, 2027

The working days for this position are Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

Specific Criteria

• Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School
• Capacity to contribute to the school’s Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement
• Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners
• Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students;
• Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices
• Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
• Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning

Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4-year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four-year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.
