Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic School Shelly Beach (Catholic Schools Broken Bay) invites applications for passionate Classroom Teachers. This temporary 0.4 FTE role runs from 28 January 2027 to 27 January 2028 and offers a supportive Catholic school community focused on student growth.

• Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School
• A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety
• Capacity to contribute to the school’s Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement
• Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners
• Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students;
• Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices
• Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
• Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check
• Must be a 4-year trained teacher
