Qualifications

Experience leading claims or insurance teams.
Strong knowledge of life insurance claims.
Proven ability to lead day-to-day operations, balancing performance, service quality and team priorities.
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
Sound understanding of regulatory and industry requirements.

Lead claims portfolio performance to deliver fair, timely and customer-focused outcomes.

Resolve complex claims and escalations with sound judgement, empathy and accountability.
