Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a claims or operational environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, quality and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of claims professionals to meet service targets.
• Monitor workflows and resource allocation to drive efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance for complex or escalated claims.
• Foster a high‑performing culture with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and SLAs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to optimise the claims journey.
