Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, contact centres or insurance.
• Confidence handling both inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide administrative support to the wider claims team.
• Assist with progression of insurance claims through various stages.
• Communicate with customers regarding claim updates and next steps.
• Prepare and maintain claim documentation.
• Liaise with customers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to customer enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure information is accurately maintained across multiple systems.
