MAYDAY Recruitment Group is partnering with an insurance claims and property restoration specialist in Albion to recruit a Claims Consultant. You will own a portfolio of claims, advocate for customers, and work with insurers, assessors and internal teams to drive outcomes.

This role suits a confident claims professional who can manage multiple claims, handle complex conversations, and maintain momentum through the claims lifecycle. Hybrid flexibility and a 6-month initial contract are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance claims experience.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insurance claims from lodgement to resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for customers.
• Liaise directly with insurers, assessors and other external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and guidance to customers regarding claim progress.
• Prepare, review and manage claim documentation and supporting evidence.
