Job summary

Wesfarmers Group TeamCover is seeking a detail‑oriented claims support professional to improve processes and implement automation across our national operations. You’ll work with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools to streamline claims, records, and stakeholder communications.

You’ll balance routine operational tasks with improvement work, collaborate with multiple businesses, and help ensure privacy, compliance and quality across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims support, administration or similar operational environment requiring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Experience building automation or digital solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform or comparable technologies.
• Understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement with ability to identify practical opportunities to simplify or improve existing ways of working.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written communication and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes.
• Good data literacy and confidence working with tracking tools and information to identify issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Claims support and administration: deliver accurate and timely claims support, including documentation and stakeholder liaison.
• Records and information management: maintain clear, accurate claim records with privacy and compliance in mind.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce duplication and improve quality.
• Automation and digital solutions: design, build and maintain automation using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint and related tech.
• Collaboration and improvement: work with Wesfarmers businesses and external stakeholders to support effective claims processes.
• Quality, risk and safety: identify risks and contribute to a culture of quality and safety.
