Job summary

Lockton in Perth seeks a Claims & Injury Management Specialist to support workers compensation and injury management for national and state clients. You will deliver Return to Work strategies and act as a subject matter expert within a collaborative team.

The role focuses on developing client solutions, mentoring, and managing a diverse portfolio while leveraging Lockton’s flexible, hybrid work model and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of technical and/or Allied Health experience in workers compensation.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide claims consulting, Return to Work and injury management support for national and state-based clients.
• Partner with clients to offer outsourced Return to Work support services, advice and expertise.
• Act as a subject matter expert for workers compensation and injury management for Lockton associates and partners.
• Manage a portfolio of workers compensation clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting national and state-based clients with claims consulting, Return to Work and injury management
• Partnering with clients to offer effective outsourced Return to Work support services, advice and technical expertise
• Act as a subject matter expert for workers compensation and injury management for Lockton associates and our strategic partners
• Managing a portfolio of workers compensation clients
• Actively working with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities

You will need the following experience and qualifications:
