Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Claim Assistant/Technical Analyst in Australia to provide outstanding service and claims administration to Loss Adjusters. You will set up and enter new claims, update notes, process payments, and manage communications with customers, brokers and insurers.

The role drives claims toward settlement and offers a structured career pathway within a bespoke hybrid working environment. The position emphasizes prior admin/insurance/customer service experience, strong organisation

Qualifications

• Previous administration, insurance or customer service experience in a corporate environment.
• Well organised and good communication skills.
• Open to working from 1.30pm to 8pm.
• Motivated to build a career in insurance.
• Open to new learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up and enter new claims into the system.
• Update the system with review notes and additional inputs.
• Process payments.
• Manage communications through calls and emails to all stakeholders including the Customers, Brokers and Insurers.
• Assist with driving claims to settlement.
