Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd in Australia is seeking a dedicated Claim Assistant/Technical Analyst to support claims intake, data entry, and payment processing within a dynamic team. You will handle communications with customers, brokers and insurers, and assist in driving claims toward settlement, with an open to learn and grow mindset.

• Previous administration, insurance or customer service experience in a corporate environment.

What you will do in your new role

• Set up and enter new claims into the system
• Update the system with review notes and additional inputs
• Process payments
• Manage communications through calls and emails to all stakeholders including the Customers, Brokers and Insurers
• Assist with driving claims to settlement

Important for your success

• Previous administration, insurance or customer service experience in a corporate environment
• Well organised and good communication skills.
• Open to working from 1.30pm to 8pm
• Motivated to build a career in insurance
• Open to new learning experiences
