Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Assistant/Technical Analyst in Melbourne to support Loss Adjusters with claims administration and service excellence. You will play a key role in entering new claims, updating records, processing payments, and communicating with customers, brokers, and insurers to move claims toward settlement.

The role offers a bespoke hybrid working environment and access to Sedgwick University Australia to develop a broad training framework and career progression in insurance.

• Well organised and good communication skills.
