Job summary

Blayney Shire Council is hiring a Civil Works Operator (Grade 4) for a full-time role in Blayney, NSW. You will operate and maintain plant and equipment, perform physical labour, and support civil and environmental works across the community.

About the Role

As a Civil WorksOperator, you'll be a vital part of our team – working together to deliver safe, high-quality civil and environmental works across the community. You'll operate and maintain a range of plant and equipment, undertake physical labouring activities, implement traffic control measures and contribute to projects that enhance the local area and community outcomes.

We’re looking for team players who are a great fit and who are eager to learn and contribute. You’ll receive the training and support you need to safely operate equipment while developing your skills as part of a supportive crew.

You’ll work under the Local Government (State) Award, with opportunities to grow your career while making a real difference in the community
