Job summary

WCP Civil Pty Ltd invites an experienced Regional Supervisor to lead civil construction and earthworks across regional Western Australia, including CBH facilities and infrastructure upgrades.

You will manage crews on active sites, coordinate earthworks, plan daily plant and labour, and drive projects safely, efficiently, and to spec while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Detailed earthworks and roadworks knowledge.
• Strong production planning and scheduling capability.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, industrial, or CBH projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervising civil construction crews on active project sites
• Coordinating detailed earthworks and production activities
• Planning daily and Managing plant, labour, subcontractors, and resources
• Delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Working closely with Project Managers, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
