CPP Civil, a leading high-voltage infrastructure provider, is seeking a Civil Leading Hand to deliver earthworks on major transmission and renewable projects across SA. You’ll mentor crews, drive safe workmanship, and coordinate with Supervisors and project teams to meet time and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Leading Hand on earthworks or civil projects.
• Proven ability to lead onsite crews and maintain a safety-first culture.
• Current plant operating tickets and experience with excavators, graders, loaders and skid steers.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite earthworks and civil construction activities with your crew.
• Mentor and coordinate work with Supervisors and project teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
