Job summary

ACEREZ is seeking a dedicated Supervisor - Civil for the Central-West Orana Transmission Project. You will oversee civil works, ensure adherence to standards, and lead a team on site at the energy hub and substations.

The role involves coordination with subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality, and delivering on project milestones. Ideal candidates have extensive civil supervision experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, camp-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a supervisor - civil scopes including foundations, piling, bulk earthworks
• Experience constructing outdoor air insulated substations and substations at 220kV or above
• Ability to work effectively with others and solve problems
• Understanding of specifications and drawings and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing subcontractors to ensure compliance with specs and procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction works meet specifications and relevant standards
• Take responsibility for the quality of work under supervision
• Ensure works conform to specification and Code of Practice
• Verify Hold and Witness Points and inductions are completed
• Promote safe work practices and environmental protection
• Lead and manage subcontractors, monitor performance and workmanship
• Drive quality from top to bottom and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Ensure compliance with ACEREZ D&C procedures and checks
