Job summary

Calibre Resourcing Solutions in Townsville seeks an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead crews, coordinate projects, and keep work moving safely and efficiently on site. This is a permanent residential role based in Townsville, not FIFO.

You will manage project preparation and delivery, supervise operators and resources, liaise with clients, oversee safety and quality, assist with tender support, procurement and reporting, and coordinate plant movements.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years road and civil construction experience.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel and Project.
• Experience supervising operators and project crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and coordinate projects to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Project preparation and delivery, supervision of operators and project resources.
• Client liaison, safety and quality oversight, tender support, procurement and reporting.
• Plant coordination and overall project execution.

Civil Supervisor

CRS is recruiting an experienced Civil Supervisor for a permanent residential position based in Townsville. This is not FIFO. Travel will be required when projects call for it.

The role involves leading crews, coordinating projects, solving problems and keeping the job moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include project preparation and delivery, supervision of operators and project resources, client liaison, safety and quality, tender support, procurement, reporting and plant coordination.

You will get our attention if you have:

• Around 10 years road and civil construction experience
• Strong knowledge of road reconstruction machinery
• Experience supervising operators and project crews
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Confidence dealing with clients, crews and management
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel and Project
• Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervision highly regarded
