Job summary

KB Civil is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction and bulk earthworks projects based in South East Queensland. This full-time position requires strong leadership, the ability to read plans, manage crews and subcontractors, and to keep projects on programme while maintaining safety and quality.

You will coordinate plant, monitor costs and productivity, complete daily site documentation, and liaise with clients, engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor / Senior Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and bulk earthworks.
• Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications.
• Experience organising crews, plant and subcontractors.
• Strong WHS and quality awareness.
